Do I need insurance to rent a car from Millionaire Motors?
The renter must provide proof of an active full coverage insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental. Even if you drive a 1996 Honda Accord your full coverage insurance will cover in all 50 states. American Express offers “Premium Insurance” that can act as your primary insurance during your rental period.
Does Millionaire Motors Require a Security Deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle and can range anywhere from $500– $2,500. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages or other contract violations are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an onsite evaluation, and deduct it from your deposit.
What kinds of payment does Millionaire Motors Accept?
We accept cash, Zelle & Cash App, Apple Pay. Cashier’s checks or business checks are accepted if delivered to us 7-10 days before rental. They can also be given as a form of payment at our discretion for damages obtained during a rental. We do not accept credit cards.
How old do I have to be to rent a car from Millionaire Motors?
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 21 you may inquire with us for more information.
Can I add another driver?
Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (21yrs old), full coverage insurance and a clean driving record.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Once a reservation is made with us the deposit is non refundable. Full rental cost will be refunded. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.
Fuel, Tolls, Driving Tickets, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets:
The refueling charge for a rental will be $6/gallon. Withheld from deposit
Tolls:
For any out of state travel we will hold a toll fee of $50 for 60 days after your return of the vehicle. These funds will be released once no toll bills have been applied for your trip.

Driving tickets:
All drivers are responsible for their own driving citations, driving tickets and towing expenses.
Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.
Towed vehicle:
Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.
Can I return my car a day or more early?
We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.
How many miles do I get?
Miles are dependent on the rental vehicle obtained. Our sports cars are limited to 200 miles per day. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $2.00 per mile. Additional miles packages are available starting at $300. These fees are applied only when vehicles are returned and discounted from the deposit.
Miles Packages:
We provide a discounted miles package if you want to prepay miles before the commencement of your rental. We charge $300
for miles packages in increments of 500 miles.
Can I get a car for just 1 day rental on Friday, Saturday and Sunday?
No. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. Any weekend rentals must be picked up 4pm - 6pm Friday. Guests will be charged for Saturday & Sunday only. If pick up is before 4pm on Friday guests will be charged for Friday also.
Can I go anywhere with my Millionaire Motors Car Rental?
You are allowed to leave the state or travel beyond 100 miles from our office unless consent is given from the management. Additional mileage package must be purchased in advance. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed:

for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity

to exceed any posted speed limits

in any racetrack or road course

by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire

to push or tow anything

to teach anyone to drive

on any unpaved surface
Can I extend my rental agreement?
Yes, just call or text us to extend for up to 30 days at a time. All extensions must be paid in advance before close of business on the date of your return. A 50.00 late fee is added each day if vehicle is not returned or extension paid before close of business.
Mechanical Issues?
In the event of mechanical failure, vehicle must be returned for exchange or refund within 7 (seven) business days.
Delivery: What times can you deliver / pick up my rental?
We can deliver or pick up your rental within the hours of 10am (CST) – 8pm (CST). For deliveries or pick ups outside our normal operating hours we charge a $50-$250 surcharge that varies on location and distance. Please contact us for specific details.
How long does it take to get my car delivered?
We advise our clients to allow us a 1/2 hour to an hour window to make deliveries.
COVID notice
If you have pre-paid your reservation or placed a security refundable deposit to secure your rental please read the following terms.
If you cancel your booking in less than 7 days before your specified pick up time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
All reservations that are cancelled due to Covid-19 are non refundable.
